THIS TRACK
This is an authentic replica of a Sasquatch footprint discovered in southern Washington State. It is believed to be the left foot of an adult male, estimated to weigh around 800 pounds.
WHERE
Over 1,000 recent eyewitness sightings have been documented in Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Western Montana, and most of Canada. A similar number of footprint observations are on record. Historical accounts from past generations also reference the existence of this large, hairy, humanlike creature.
DESCRIPTION
Eyewitnesses describe Sasquatch as gigantic, heavily built, and covered in hair, walking upright like a human.
The foot is actually flat, but the heel and toe impressions are exaggerated during stepping and pushing off.
NOT A BEAR
Bear tracks differ greatly:
While similar in width, they are much shorter.
Bear prints are almost round, show claws, and have a very different structure.
NOT HUMAN
Sasquatch feet differ from human feet in several key ways:
1. Toes are nearly equal in size and align in a straight row.
2. The heel is abnormally wide.
3. The arch is flat.
4. The ball of the foot displays two bulges, one behind the other.
HOAXES & SKEPTICISM
While many sightings and footprints may be mistakes or hoaxes, a number of credible experts continue to study the evidence. So far, no confirmed physical remains have been discovered. Scientists remain divided on the creature’s existence.
OTHER TRACKS & EVIDENCE
Toe prints with dermal ridges (like fingerprints) have been discovered and analyzed by leading fingerprint experts, concluding they are neither human nor fabricated.
Tracks show anatomical movement between steps, suggesting a living, dynamic foot.
One footprint was found on a rock embedded in soft soil—the surrounding impression suggests a ¼-inch-thick fleshy footpad.
Crippled Sasquatch tracks have been found, showing a bent and favored foot consistent with a limp.
Handprints have also been recorded.
