Large Dinosaur Footprint Track Cast Replica
Theropod (Infraorder: †Carnosauria)
Jurassic Period – Virginia
This is a high-quality replica of a large theropod dinosaur footprint, attributed to Carnosauria, a group of powerful predatory dinosaurs that lived during the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.
The original track was discovered in Virginia and dates to the Jurassic Period, when large meat-eating dinosaurs roamed what is now eastern North America. The footprint displays strong tridactyl (three-toed) morphology typical of large theropod trackmakers.
